Delete your OnBus account

How

1. Open the OnBus app and sign in.

2. Go to the "Account" tab.

3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom.

4. Type "delete" to confirm and tap "Delete my account for good".

What is deleted

Deleted right away and permanently: your account (name, email, phone number, photo), the riders you added (names, home locations, photos), routes, trips and their history, bus locations, chats, reviews, notifications and your OnBus news subscription.

Deletion cannot be undone, and we keep no copy of your data afterwards.

Subscription and payment records stay with Apple or Google under their own rules. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your store account settings: deleting the account does not cancel it.

Can't open the app?

Email us from the address on your account at support@onbusapp.com with "Delete my account", and we will delete it within 30 days and reply.
